At GoEasy Laundry, our mission is to make laundry simple, stress-free, and reliable. You trust us with your clothes, and we treat them with the same care and respect as if they were our own.

We are proud to provide free detergent, softener, and bleach to all customers, and we strive to return your garments fresh, clean, and ready for wear.

However, because of the nature of laundry services, some limitations apply:

• Certain stains may not be removable despite our best efforts.

• Natural wear, shrinkage, and color fading can occur.

• We cannot guarantee protection against damages caused by:​

• Items left in clothing (pens, cosmetics, food, etc.)​

• Weak or delicate fabrics (silk, wool, leather, sequins, beads, trims)

• Manufacturer defects or undisclosed care instructions

Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any conditions, manufacturer cleaning directions, or special instructions regarding their garments.

This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, leather, silk, satin, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes, and other sensitive materials. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, sequins, and similar embellishments.
